MDLZ eLearning Initiative
Working as a lead creative developer, I was responsible for the visual design and user experience for a leadership development eLearning course at Mondelez International. The course was honored with a Brandon Hall Group Gold award in 2021 for “Best Advance in Custom Content.” Using Vyond characters and video, I created a series of engaging interactions which were designed to make complex topics more accessible in areas such as effective communication, company values, brand awareness, and ethical leadership. The final product was an immersive and visually cohesive course that successfully conveyed critical leadership concepts.
PCI Information & Security Training
Payment Card Industry (PCI) Information and security training is a mandatory requirement for any organization that stores, processes, or transmits cardholder data. The training’s primary goal is to reduce the risk of data breaches by ensuring employees understand their role in protecting sensitive information. Topics include proper handling of payment cards, recognizing social engineering attacks like phishing, secure password practices, and a general overview of the PCI DSS requirements.
Phishing Awareness Training
In today’s digital world, we all encounter emails, messages, and calls that seem legitimate but are actually attempts to steal our information. This is called phishing, and it’s one of the most common ways cybercriminals try to gain access to our data. This training will teach you how to recognize these threats, understand the tactics scammers use, and protect yourself and our company from a potential security breach. By the end, you’ll feel confident in your ability to spot a phishing attempt and know exactly what to do.
KP Information Security Controls Training
In this interactive course, learners join the crew of the BetaMax on a search and rescue mission to locate a missing starship. The story is presented in a series of levels, each of which must be completed in succession. At each level, learners are presented with challenges and must answer questions using resources from the ISC website.
Acceptable Use of KP Assets
Someone in the company is violating company policies and concerns about unethical behavior have been raised. Your job is to find clues to help solve the case. You may be asked questions or be required to collect clues before other clues can be unlocked. Good luck!
